Move over, Cat Distribution System, the Bunny Distribution System entered the chat.

Just kidding, we're not about to disrespect the notoriously wholesome and mysterious Cat Distribution System - whoever or whatever they are, they make sure every cat in need finds their forever home. But here we are, in this modern day and age, where we get to witness the delightful doings of a newly-formed pet distribution entity - the Bunny Distribution System.

Not a lot of people tend to have bunnies as pets, and that's a shame. As this young woman from the r/Rabbits community already knows, because she already had a bunny child before this amazing adoption story begins, bunnies make for some of the greatest pets a person can have. Bunnies make incredibly rewarding pets because they're clean, quiet, and highly intelligent. Bunnies are able to form deep and affectionate bonds with their humans - just like the one formed between this bun mom below and the stray bunny she earned the trust of over years.

If you needed another push in the right direction of going to your nearest animal shelter and adopting a bunny of your own - just know that bunnies are famous for their entertaining personalities with their joyful jumps called "binkies", all while requiring no outdoor walking like dogs.

That's true! A bunny's sense of smell is extraordinary. It's about 20 times more powerful than our kind of lousy human smells. Bunnies have around 100 million scent receptors compared to our 5-6 million, making olfaction their most important sense for survival and navigation. Which is most likely how this sweet bun found her way to the right house.
